A complete overseas recruitment service, delivered in-house
Hire Across Global provides international recruitment and manpower supply services to employers who cannot afford uncertainty in their staffing pipeline. Rather than acting as an introduction service, we operate as a delivery partner: we own the process from the first requirement conversation to the worker's first shift on site.
Each service below is a stage in a single controlled workflow. They are described separately for clarity, but in practice they run as one continuous, tracked deployment cycle with defined owners, documents and dates. Employers receive visibility at every stage rather than a black box between demand letter and arrival.
This model suits construction and infrastructure contractors, oil and gas and petrochemical operators, factory and manufacturing employers, facility management companies and engineering firms who need verified manpower at predictable timelines, across the GCC, Africa, the wider Middle East and Europe.
- Manpower planning and requirement analysis
- Sourcing, screening and practical trade testing
- Medicals, emigration, attestation and visa processing
- Ticketing, mobilization and post-deployment support
The recruitment timeline, stage by stage
Typical end-to-end duration is 30 to 60 days depending on destination country, trade category and visa processing load.
- 01
Days 1-3 · Requirement and agreement
Manpower specification confirmed, commercial terms agreed, demand letter, power of attorney and employment contract templates collected and reviewed for compliance.
- 02
Days 3-12 · Sourcing and shortlisting
Field recruiters and database sourcing generate candidates; documents verified and technical interviews conducted to build a specification-matched shortlist.
- 03
Days 10-18 · Trade test and selection
Practical assessments conducted, client interviews organised in person or by video, selections confirmed and backup candidates identified for each position.
- 04
Days 15-28 · Medicals and clearances
GAMCA or approved medical centre examinations, police clearance certificates and background verification completed and filed.
- 05
Days 20-45 · Documentation and visa
Contract attestation, emigration clearance where applicable, insurance and visa stamping tracked daily on a shared deployment sheet.
- 06
Days 40-60 · Orientation and mobilization
Pre-departure briefing, ticketing, airport assistance, arrival coordination with the employer and post-joining follow-up.
How we select and quality-control every worker
Selection is a sequence of independent filters. A candidate who clears one but fails another does not travel.
Sourcing discipline
Trade-specific sourcing from the regions where that trade is genuinely strong, rather than filling a shortlist from whoever is available.
Document verification
Passport, ITI or diploma certificates, previous overseas stamps, employer references and identity records checked for authenticity.
Technical interview
Discipline-specific questioning on tools, drawings, materials, tolerances and safety practice conducted by assessors from the field.
Practical trade test
Hands-on task assessment benchmarked to the employer's scope, with photographic or video evidence retained on file.
Medical and fitness screening
Country-approved medical examination completed before visa processing to avoid rejection at the destination.
Attitude and retention screening
Assessment of discipline, safety mindset, shift flexibility and camp-living readiness — the strongest predictors of contract completion.
Paperwork handled properly, the first time
Documentation is where most overseas recruitment timelines are won or lost. Our documentation team runs medicals, police clearance, attestation, emigration clearance, insurance and visa stamping on parallel tracks, reviewing every active file daily and escalating blockages before they cost the client a week.
Each deployment file contains the signed employment contract, attestation records, medical certificate, emigration documentation, insurance policy, visa copy, ticket and pre-departure acknowledgement. Files are retained and made available to clients for internal or third-party compliance audits.
We advise clients on destination-specific requirements — wage thresholds, age limits, certificate attestation rules, category-specific emigration requirements and insurance mandates — before the process begins, so that commitments made to project teams are achievable.
- Employment contract drafting and attestation support

Recruitment services — frequently asked questions
What recruitment services does Hire Across Global provide?
We provide end-to-end overseas recruitment: manpower planning and requirement analysis, candidate sourcing, practical trade testing, technical and behavioural interviews, medical screening, police clearance, emigration and visa documentation, contract attestation, pre-departure orientation, ticketing and mobilization, and post-deployment support throughout the contract.
Do you handle both blue collar and white collar recruitment?
Yes. We supply skilled and semi-skilled trades such as masons, welders, steel fixers, scaffolders, electricians and pipe fitters, alongside engineers, QA/QC inspectors, planners, supervisors and corporate roles in HR, finance, procurement, administration and operations.
How is a trade test conducted?
A trade test is a practical, task-based assessment conducted by an assessor from the same discipline, benchmarked against the employer's scope. Welders complete test coupons, electricians perform terminations and fault tracing, carpenters produce shuttering samples. Results, photographs and where required video evidence are attached to the candidate file for client review.
Who pays for medicals, visas and tickets?
Cost allocation is agreed in writing before mobilization. Under ethical recruitment practice, employer-borne costs such as visa, emigration and air ticket remain with the employer, and no recruitment fee is charged to the worker. The commercial schedule in our service agreement records every item explicitly.
Can you organise client interview drives in India?
Yes. We arrange interview venues, candidate logistics, trade test facilities and assessor support in Delhi and regional centres, or run video-based selection with recorded assessments if your team cannot travel.
Do you offer a replacement guarantee?
Yes. Our replacement policy covers medical unfitness identified on arrival, demonstrable non-performance and absconding within the agreed probation period, with a like-for-like replacement provided on priority under the terms of the signed agreement.
Need a manpower partner who owns the outcome?
Send us your requirement — role, quantity, destination and target mobilization date — and we will respond with a realistic plan.
