Global Reach

Deployment corridors we know well

Hire Across Global supplies workforce along established emigration corridors between India and the GCC, Africa, the wider Middle East and Europe. Knowing a corridor means more than knowing the destination β€” it means knowing which medical centres are approved, how attestation chains run, what wage thresholds apply to which category, and how long each stage realistically takes in practice rather than in theory.

That knowledge is what allows us to commit to mobilization dates. When a client asks whether a hundred tradesmen can be on site in six weeks, the answer depends on the destination, the category and the current processing load β€” and we give the honest version of that answer at the start rather than the optimistic one.

Below, our country pages and cards summarise where we deploy. For any destination not listed, share the requirement and we will assess feasibility against emigration rules and destination labour law before committing.

  • GCC: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain
  • Africa: Ghana, Gabon, Benin
  • Europe: selected skilled trades and technical roles
  • Wider Middle East: project-based deployments
Regional Insight

What each region typically demands

Manpower profiles and documentation expectations vary sharply by region.

United Arab Emirates

High-rise construction, infrastructure and MEP packages drive demand for steel fixers, shuttering carpenters, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians and site supervisors, with fast-moving mobilization windows.

Saudi Arabia

Vision 2030 giga-projects and industrial expansion demand large, sustained crews across civil trades, mechanical disciplines and QA/QC, with strict attestation and wage documentation requirements.

Oman

Oil, gas and construction employers require certified welders, fitters, riggers and maintenance technicians, often with prior Gulf experience and specific safety certification.

Qatar, Kuwait & Bahrain

Infrastructure, facility management and industrial employers with steady demand for skilled trades, technicians and supervisory staff on medium-term contracts.

Ghana & Benin

West African construction, manufacturing and infrastructure projects requiring adaptable crews, supervisory strength and workers prepared for remote site conditions.

Gabon

Oil, gas and industrial project manpower, typically requiring certified technical trades and experienced supervisors comfortable with rotational assignments.

Europe

Selected skilled trades and technical professionals where employers sponsor compliant work permits; stronger emphasis on documented qualifications and language capability.

Wider Middle East

Cross-border project deployments where scope, duration and documentation are structured around the specific contract and client entity.

India (domestic support)

Sourcing, testing, documentation and mobilization operations run from our New Delhi head office and Bihar branch office.

Compliance by Destination

Country-specific documentation, handled before it delays you

Every destination applies its own combination of medical approval systems, attestation chains, insurance mandates, wage thresholds and category-based emigration rules. A requirement that is straightforward for one country can be blocked for another purely on documentation grounds.

Our documentation team maintains destination checklists and updates them as rules change. Before sourcing begins, we confirm what the destination requires for that specific worker category and build those steps into the deployment schedule with realistic durations.

Where a requirement cannot be met compliantly as stated β€” for example a wage structure below a destination threshold, or a category subject to additional emigration protection β€” we say so early and propose a compliant alternative rather than discovering the issue at visa stage.

  • Destination-specific medical centre approvals
  • Attestation chain mapping per country
  • Category-based emigration requirements
  • Wage threshold and contract format compliance
  • Insurance and welfare mandates
  • Realistic, destination-adjusted timelines
FAQ

Countries and deployment β€” frequently asked questions

Which countries does Hire Across Global deploy manpower to?

We deploy Indian manpower to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain across the GCC, to Ghana, Gabon and Benin in Africa, and to selected employers in Europe. Other destinations are assessed case by case against Indian emigration rules and destination labour law.

Do documentation requirements differ by country?

Considerably. Attestation chains, medical centre approvals, minimum wage thresholds, contract formats, insurance mandates and visa processing times all vary by destination and sometimes by worker category. We confirm the applicable requirements before sourcing so timelines are realistic.

How long does GCC visa processing take?

For most GCC destinations, visa stamping and emigration processing take 10 to 21 days once medicals and attestation are complete, giving a typical overall cycle of 30 to 60 days from approved demand letter to arrival.

Can you supply manpower to African projects?

Yes. We have active deployment experience in Ghana, Gabon and Benin, supplying construction, oil and gas, industrial and manufacturing manpower, including support with work permits, yellow fever and destination-specific health requirements.

Do you recruit for European employers?

Yes, for selected skilled trades and technical professionals where the employer can sponsor a compliant work permit. European mandates typically require stronger documentation on qualifications and language, and we plan longer lead times accordingly.

Hiring for a project abroad?

Tell us the destination, trades and target mobilization date β€” we will confirm feasibility and a realistic schedule.
